Hosting and technical data
This website is provided through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests involve processing your IP address, requested page, time, browser and connection information to deliver content and identify errors or abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hosting and delivery providers receive this information. Technical data is processed as needed for delivery, troubleshooting and security. The platform provider has not yet confirmed a specific deletion period.
Email enquiries
If you email me, I process your email address, name and message to respond. I use Zoho Mail. Enquiries about an engagement are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in responding. Messages are deleted when the enquiry is complete and retention is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention requirements and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Providing information is voluntary, but I cannot reply without contact details.
Language preference and local assets
Your browser language is checked only on your device to suggest a language. After you select a language or dismiss the suggestion, sessionStorage stores the value “1” as “jt-language-choice” to hide the suggestion for that session. This supports your chosen display and is not used for advertising or cross-visit recognition. You can clear it through browser settings; it normally expires with the tab session. The bases are section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Fonts, photographs and album covers load from this website. No analytics, advertising trackers or embedded music or video players are configured in the website code.
External links
Links to Apple Music, Bandcamp and other sites do not load external players on this website. Their providers’ privacy policies apply when you follow a link. The biography copy button writes text to your local clipboard only when you activate it.
Processing outside the EEA
International providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Their privacy information describes processing locations and transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability.
